Send me a business. Get paid every month they stay.

You know owners who are losing calls, have no reviews, or are running on a website from 2015. Send one my way. If they sign, you get a cut of everything they pay me — not once, every month for a year.

10% for twelve months

Three steps, and then it's automatic

There's no dashboard to learn and nothing to chase me about. The link does the work.

Step one

You get a link

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. I send back a link with your name on it. That's the whole setup — no contract to sign before you've earned anything.

Step two

They click it

Text it, email it, put it in a group. When someone opens it, you're attached to them for 90 days. They can leave, think about it, come back three weeks later and book — you still get credit.

Step three

They sign, you get paid

Every month they pay me, you get 10% of it, for twelve months. I send it to you — you don't invoice me, and you don't have to remember it's happening.

What that's actually worth

Real numbers from the real price list. One referral, twelve months, assuming they stay.

If they sign up forThey payYou get monthlyOver 12 months
The Review Engine$297/mo$29.70$356
24/7 Lead Capture$297/mo$29.70$356
Follow-Up & Quoting$297/mo$29.70$356
The Front Office$697/mo$69.70$836
A website build$500–$1,500$50–$150

A build pays once, because it only bills once. The monthly systems pay every month, which is where the real money is. Three Front Office referrals in a year is $2,500 that arrives whether you think about it or not.

What counts, in plain terms

Someone new, who clicked your link, who pays me. That's a qualifying referral. The click has to come first — I can't credit a name you mention to me in passing.

Ninety days from the click. Local owners take their time. Ninety days is long enough that the slow ones still count.

Twelve months of their payments. Starting from their first one. If they cancel in month five, you were paid for five months and that's where it stops — I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

×Not yourself. You can't refer your own business, or one you own part of, and collect on it.

×Not someone already talking to me. If they're already a client, or already in a conversation with me when your link gets clicked, that one isn't yours.

×Not paid ads on my name. Don't bid on “Embedara” in Google Ads. You'd be buying traffic that was already coming to me and billing me for it.

All of it is written out properly in the referral terms. It's short and it's readable.

How the money reaches you

Monthly, on 30-day terms. Commissions earned during a month are due 30 days after that month ends — so what you earn in March reaches you at the end of April. Bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise, whichever suits you. There's no gateway to sign up to.

The 30 days are a refund window, not a stalling tactic. If a payment I earned commission on gets refunded or charged back, that commission comes off — that's the one piece of this that can go backwards, and waiting 30 days is how I avoid paying you and then asking for it back.

$50 minimum. Under that it rolls to the next month rather than sending you a payout that costs more to process than it's worth. It never expires.

You'll need a W-9. If you clear $600 in a year I have to file a 1099, and that's the government's rule, not mine. I'll ask for the W-9 when you're approved so it isn't a scramble in January.

There's a 20% version. It's for clients.

Founder Partners — 20%, five seats, then it closes.

Five businesses can take a partner seat instead of paying month to month: a year of the Front Office up front, their territory locked so I don't work with their competitors, and a renewal that steps down every time the agency hits a growth milestone.

Part of that seat is a 20% referral share instead of 10% — double, on the same twelve months, on everyone they send me.

It isn't something you can apply for here, because it isn't really a referral program. It's a client arrangement that happens to pay double. If you're a local service business and that sounds like the deal you'd rather have, read the partner seat in full.

Five spots. When they're gone the program closes for good, and the 10% link on this page stays open to everyone.

Get your link

I read every one of these myself. If you're a fit I'll send your link back within a day, along with the two or three things that actually make people click it.

No contract, no fee, nothing to buy. Getting a link doesn't commit you to using it.

Questions worth asking

Do I have to be a client to do this?

No. The 10% program is open to anyone — suppliers, bookkeepers, other trades, someone who just knows a lot of owners. Being a client only matters for the 20% Founder Partner seat, and that's a different arrangement entirely.

What if I just tell you a name instead of using the link?

Tell me anyway and I'll sort it out. But be honest — the link is what makes this run without either of us keeping notes. Once the click is recorded I can't lose track of it, and neither can you. A name in a text message depends on me remembering.

How do I know you're paying me properly?

You get a login that shows every click, every signup, and every commission, with the amounts and the dates. If it doesn't match what you expected, ask me and I'll show you the payment it came from. I'd rather you check.

What happens after twelve months?

The commission stops and the client keeps being a client. Twelve months on a Front Office referral is about $836, which is a fair price for one introduction. If I paid it forever I'd have to charge them more, and they're the one doing the paying.

Can I lose the commission after I've earned it?

Only if the payment behind it is refunded or charged back — then that month's commission comes off. That's the whole list. I'm not going to claw back money because a client got difficult or because I changed my mind about the program.

Can you end the program?

I can stop taking new people. Anyone already in it keeps their twelve months on referrals they've already made — changing terms retroactively is how these things get a bad name.

One introduction, twelve months of payments

Get your link, send it to one person, and see what happens. If nothing does, you've lost a text message.
