These terms govern the services Embedara provides. By hiring us, paying an invoice, or using anything we build, you agree to them. They are written to be readable rather than intimidating — but they are the actual agreement.
Section 1Who we are
Embedara is a business based in Idaho that builds websites and operates automated review, lead-capture, and follow-up systems for local service businesses. "We" and "us" mean Embedara. "You" means the business engaging us.
Section 2What we provide
Website builds
A custom website built for your business at the build tier published on our site. You review the site before it goes live, and it goes live within the launch window described in Section 6. After the build, you choose between taking the completed files to host yourself or an ongoing care plan.
Review system
An automated system that requests a Google review from your customers after a completed job, follows up if they do not respond, replies to incoming reviews, and keeps your Google Business Profile current.
Lead capture
An automated system that responds to missed calls, web forms, and messages on your behalf; engages and qualifies the person who reached out; and moves the conversation toward a booking. It operates around the clock, and you can take over any conversation at any time.
Follow-up and quoting
An automated system that sends your quotes and estimates, follows up on them until they are answered, and sends appointment reminders and payment reminders on your behalf.
Ongoing plans and bundles
Each system above is sold month to month at the price published on our site. Website care plans cover hosting, security, backups, and content edits. Where we offer a bundle covering multiple systems, its price and contents are published on our site. Prices are confirmed at checkout before you are charged.
Section 3Pricing and payment
Every price is published on our site. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance, starting on the day you sign up, and renew monthly until cancelled. Build fees are due at checkout or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a build includes a free care period, the care plan begins billing when that period ends, and only if you choose to stay on it.
Setup of a monthly system begins at your onboarding call, and service obligations that depend on onboarding information run from that call rather than from the purchase date.
Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Existing terms are honored through any committed period.
Section 4Text messaging terms
These terms apply to any SMS program we operate.
- Consent is required. We only text people who have opted in, or customers of a client where the client has the relationship and permission to make contact appropriate.
- Message frequency varies depending on the program and your activity. Review request sequences are limited and end on their own.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are yours.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts, and we will not build a system that does.
Section 5What we need from you
To do the work we need timely access and honest information: your services and service area, access to your Google Business Profile, photos or permission to use existing ones, and a point of contact who can approve things.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us, and for having the right to use any content, photos, logos, or customer lists you provide.
Delays on your side move the launch date. We will say so at the time rather than quietly slipping.
Section 6Guarantees
Review guarantee
On our standard review plan we guarantee 20 new Google reviews within the first 90 days. If we miss it, your next three months of the review plan are free. For businesses completing fewer than roughly 25 jobs per month, we agree on a fair target for your volume at onboarding, in writing, and the same three-free-months remedy applies to that number. The guarantee assumes working customer contact data and that the system is not paused or restricted on your end.
Launch guarantee
Your website goes live within 72 hours of the completion of your onboarding call. If it doesn't, the build fee is waived in full — provided we have what we need from you as described in Section 5. Delays on your side pause the clock, and we will say so at the time.
Lead-response guarantee
On the lead capture plan, every missed call to your connected number receives a text response in under one minute. If a missed call goes without one, that month of the lead capture plan is free. The guarantee assumes your number and carrier registration remain connected and in good standing.
Follow-up guarantee
On the follow-up plan, no quote entered into the system sits without its scheduled follow-up going out. If one is missed, that month of the follow-up plan is free.
Onboarding fit refund
If we determine at your onboarding call that a system you purchased cannot work for your business, we refund that purchase in full. This is our judgment call to make honestly, and we would rather refund you than run a system that will not deliver.
Section 7Review practices
Every one of your customers receives the same request with the same link. We do not filter for satisfied customers, we do not route unhappy customers away from Google, and we do not write, buy, or incentivize reviews. That practice violates Google's policies and gets listings suspended. We will not do it, including on request.
Section 8Ownership
Your domain stays in your name. Your content, your photos, your reviews, and your customer data are yours.
When your site is paid for, the site is yours. It is built as real files rather than as a page locked inside a platform. If you leave, tell us and we hand the complete site to you or to whoever comes next, at no charge and without a waiting period.
We keep ownership of our own underlying methods, templates, and internal tooling. We may reference that we worked with you and show the finished site as an example unless you ask us not to.
Section 9Cancellation
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time with written notice before your next billing date. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not require a call to cancel — an email is enough.
Committed-term plans run to the end of the agreed term as described in Section 3.
Build fees for completed work are non-refundable. If we have not started, we refund in full. The onboarding fit refund in Section 6 applies to any purchase, monthly or one-time, where onboarding shows the system cannot work for your business.
Section 10Third-party services
Our services rely on platforms we do not control, including HighLevel, Google, Calendly, Vercel, and mobile carriers. We choose them carefully, but we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or decisions about your account. Where something breaks upstream, we will tell you plainly and help you route around it.
Section 11Disclaimers and limits
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes beyond the explicit guarantees in Section 6. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, your capacity, your service quality, and your competition.
Our services are provided as-is beyond those stated guarantees. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Section 12Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly and posted here with a new date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
