Your customers already love you. Google just can't tell.

Embedara runs an automatic review system for local service businesses. Every customer gets asked. Every review gets answered. You do nothing — it runs while you work.

$297/month. Month to month. 20 new reviews in 90 days or the next three months are free.

They aren't better at the job. Their rating is lower than yours.

Somebody over there just asks every customer for a review. That's the entire difference — and it's the reason they get the 9pm emergency call and you don't.

Four steps. None of them are yours.

01

A job gets marked done

That's the trigger. In your invoicing software, your calendar, or a text to me — whatever you already use. Nobody has to remember anything.

02

Your customer gets asked

A short, polite text goes out the next morning with a one-tap link straight to your Google review page. Not "please consider leaving a review." The actual link.

03

If they forget, it follows up

Two more nudges over the next week, then an email for the people who never read texts. Then it stops. It never gets pushy, because pushy is how you get a 1-star.

04

Every review gets a reply

New reviews get a real, personalized response written and posted automatically. Google rewards it and customers notice it. You've never once had time for this.

Every customer gets the same request and the same link. No cherry-picking who gets asked. That's what keeps it inside Google's rules and keeps your listing safe.

What's actually included

Automated review requests after every job — text, then follow-up, then email

A one-tap link straight to your Google review page

AI-written personalized replies to every incoming review

Past-customer campaign in month one — we go back and collect the reviews you should have gotten years ago

Your Google listing cleaned up and kept current — categories, services, hours, photos, and regular posts. This is the half of showing up in the map that isn't reviews.

Your review link on a QR card for the truck and the invoice

A one-page monthly report: reviews added, rating movement, where you now sit against the shop across town

Direct line to me. Not a ticket system.

Your total time investment: about 20 minutes on a call to get it connected. Then nothing, forever.

$297 a month

Month to month. Cancel any time. No setup fee, no contract, no minimum.

The guarantee

20 new Google reviews in your first 90 days, or the next three months are on me.

I'd rather earn your renewal than lock you into it.

Running a smaller shop? If you're under about 25 jobs a month, we set a number that's fair for your volume — agreed on the call, in writing, before you pay a dollar. Same deal either way: hit it, or three months free.

Five partner spots. That's the whole program.

The same five partner seats offered across this site — there's one program, and this is it.

A year of the whole Front Office for $6,970 — every system, twelve months for the price of ten. Your territory locked while you're a partner: your trade, your service area, in writing. 20% of the first year of anyone you send me. And renewals step down as Embedara grows — all the way to free.

What I get: a short video testimonial and permission to show your before-and-after numbers — once the numbers are actually good.

Questions owners actually ask

"Can't I just do this myself?"

You absolutely can, and most owners could. The hard part was never asking once — it's remembering after every single job, forever, at 7pm when you're driving home. That's the part that breaks. This just happens, so it never depends on you having a good week.

"Is this against Google's rules?"

No — and the reason is specific. Every customer gets the identical request with the identical link. There's no filtering for happy customers, no "how'd we do?" survey that only forwards the 5-stars to Google. That practice is what gets listings suspended. This does the opposite of it.

"What if I get a bad review?"

You'll get one eventually — everybody does. Two things: the system replies to it professionally within hours instead of it sitting there unanswered for a month, and thirty good reviews around it makes one bad one look like an outlier instead of a pattern. A perfect 5.0 with 12 reviews actually reads as less trustworthy than a 4.8 with 200.

"I don't really have a customer list."

Fine. Every job from here forward feeds it automatically, so new reviews start within days. And whatever's sitting in your invoicing or booking software, we can usually pull that in for the month-one catch-up campaign.

"What if I want out?"

You email me and you're out. Month to month, no cancellation fee, no 12-month term. The reviews you've collected stay yours permanently — they're on your Google listing, not mine.

"How long until I see something?"

First reviews usually land within a week of turning it on, because your recent customers are still warm. Meaningful movement in the count is 30–45 days. The 90-day guarantee exists because that's when the change is obvious to anyone looking at your listing.

Thirty minutes, and you'll know

I'll pull up your listing, show you exactly where you sit against the other shops in your area, and tell you what 90 days would realistically look like. If it's not a fit I'll say so.

No slides. No pitch deck.
